I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bartender, concierge, doorman, and service people were all so welcoming and accommodating. The beds in the room were extremely comfortable, and the beautiful sheets made for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown and the French Quarter, with several amazing restaurants just steps away. The lobby's festive Christmas decorations added to the holiday atmosphere. The efficient keypad-operated elevators were a nice touch, and the complimentary bottled water in the room was refreshing. I was impressed by the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the knowledge and helpfulness of all the hotel employees.
